Commentaries on Houston PD Video

What got me was that kid's comments.

No they can't shoot me from over there

Oh yes they fucking can, kid. The cops have murdered people for witnessing their crimes in the past.

What does it mean when people say that all cops are bastards (ACAB)?

If it were an individual thing, you'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but it isn't; it's an institutional thing. the job itself is a bastard, therefore by carrying out the job, they are bastards. To take it to an extreme: there were no good members of the gestapo because there was no way to carry out the directives of the gestapo and to be a good person. it is the same with the american police state.

Police do not exist to protect and serve, according to the US supreme court itself , but to dominate, control, and terrorize in order to maintain the interests of state and capital.

I also imagine most members of the gestapo also thought they were serving their country and doing good.

Who are the good cops then? The ones who either quit or are fired for refusing to do the job.

also this: lol .

The police as they are now haven't even existed for 200 years as an institution , and the modern police force was founded to control crowds and catch slaves, not to "serve and protect" -- unless you mean serving and protecting what people call "the 1%." They have a long history of controlling the working class by intimidating, harassing, assaulting, and even murdering strikers during labor disputes . This isn't a bug; it's a feature.

The justice system also loves to intimidate and outright assassinate civil rights leaders .

The police do not serve justice. The police serve the ruling classes, whether or not they themselves are aware of it. They make our communities far more dangerous places to live, but there are alternatives to the modern police state. There is a better way .

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/atf-423-million-guns-in-america-1-2-per-person-8-1-billion-rounds-of-ammo-a-year

New federal data shows that there are 422.9 million firearms in circulation, or about 1.2 guns for every person in the country.

What’s more, despite years of criticism of modern “assault-style” rifles such as the AR-15 and AK-47, there are a record 17.7 million in private hands, proving that it is the most popular gun around.

And last year alone, the arms industry produced 8.1 billion rounds of ammunition.

Other details from the NSSF report, shared with Secrets:

Of all rifles produced in 2017, 54% were modern sporting rifles.
In 2017, 7,901,218 total firearms were produced and imported. Of those, 4,411,923 were pistols and revolvers, 2,821,945 were rifles, and 667,350 were shotguns.
An interim 2018 estimate showed 7,660,772 total firearms were produced and imported. Of those, 4,277,971 were pistols and revolvers, 2,846,757 were rifles, and 535,994 were shotguns.
Firearms-ammunition manufacturing accounted for nearly 12,000 employees producing more than $4.1 billion in goods shipped in 2017.
An estimated 8.1 billion rounds, of all calibers and gauges, were produced in 2018 for the U.S. market.

In their book In Context: Understanding Police Killings of Unarmed Citizens,

One would think the Framingham Police department would
maintain a program for achieving a drug-and alcohol-free workforce
and conduct preemployment, reasonable suspicion, random, post-accident,
and periodic recurring testing of its employees who might be in
violation of applicable law or federal regulation, of alcohol or

8% of all homicides with adult male victims between 2012 and 2018.
Black men’s mortality risk is between 1.9 and 2.4 deaths per 100 000 per
year, Latino risk is between 0.8 and 1.2, and White risk is between 0.6

reduce the use of lethal force by police. Efforts to address unequal
police violence should target places with high mortality risk.

If a cop wanted to murder you, you have no virtually no way of survival.
If you tried to defend yourself, you'd be shot.
If you didn't try to defend yourself, you would still be shot.
A regular murderer is much less likely to try and kill you, since
they're likely to end up in jail afterward.
A cop knows he'll walk free with paid vacations and a promotion, so he
won't hesitate to shoot.
We've already disproved that with video of Cops murdering people &
still getting away with it. All they ever have to say is "I was scared".
Instant vacation with pay & even if tried, found not guilty.

When you vote, you are exercising political authority, you’re using force.
And force, my friends, is violence. The supreme authority from which all
other authorities are derived.

It's not a matter of having a union. It's the fact that they have the power
to investigate crimes and arrest criminals, so when one of them commits a
crime, the people who investigate them have a massive conflict of interest
and bias in favor of their fellow officers. It's not the union that gets
cops to cover for each other; a conspiracy of silence benefits many and
the rest of the group is afraid of retaliation if they don't go along.
You've never been part of a union, have you. That "conspiracy of silence"
and "Fear of retaliation" is lovingly fostered by the unions.

Community policing tends to turn all neighborhood problems into police problems. One of the most frequent concerns of neighborhood residents is the presence of low-level drug dealing and consumption. This generates a tremendous number of calls for police service. Enhancing the ability of police to respond to these community concerns just further criminalizes people involved with drugs - a strategy that has done nothing to reduce the availability and negative effects of drugs. The punitive approach to drugs also produces substantial negative collateral consequences for those arrested and wastes local and state resources. A more respectful and legally justified arrest for marijuana possession could still result in unemployment, loss of federal benefits and social stigma. Fitch, offers psychological insight into why police officers lie. The article describes eight ways in which officers rationalize lying and other misconduct: denying that there was a victim; denying that anyone was hurt by their misconduct; claiming that there was a higher cause that compelled them to commit misconduct; blaming the victim by claiming that the victim deserved to suffer because they broke the law; using dehumanizing language (e.g. "scumbag," “piece of trash") to make the victim seem less human; claiming that they had no choice but to commit misconduct because they were a victim of circumstance; comparing their misconduct to more serious misconduct in order to minimize what they have done; and diffusing their own responsibility when there are multiple officers involved. http://www.crimemapping.com/map/ma/framingham American police have killed 11,000 Americans in the last 30 years They actively engage in the drug trade. Police, by nature, are criminals. They are individuals who seek a free ticket to rape, pillage and plunder at their own free will. Most have GED's , or at best, with luck, a high school diploma. They do not protect or serve anyone other than themselves in any way, shape, or form. Police commit more crime in one day than any public population in any municipality in the United States. If you are foolish enough to trust a police officer with your life, you commit suicide. They seek a badge to wear to gain immunity from crimes they wish to commit. There has never been nor will there ever be an honest police office. They do not protect us, they harass us. They are misusing their position and authority. Hasn't changed in the last 50 years. Power tripping cops. They aren't even ashamed that they are wasting their time on a useless item instead of earning their money on real crime. In the quaint legal community, there exists an ancient saying:

Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat.

which translates to the burden of proof lies with who declares, not who denies.

This is the principle that one is considered innocent until proven guilty Application of this principle is a legal right of the accused in a criminal trial, recognised in many nations.

When you see that some guy is held without bail, he has been found guilty until proven innocent. He is being incarcerated against his will by the state long before any trial. Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat

Once the police decide that someone is a scumbag, they don't care about anything else. Police can be described as pigs, neo-facists drones and first line of the bourgeois who have commited treason against the working class.

The average police officer can't be trusted to have the ability to tell the truth from a lie.

The police are nothing more than an organized crime syndicate which has fooled us into believing they are here to protect us. When was the last time you seen a cop save somebody or help you for that matter? You can't even look at a cop without him giving you a dirty look and finding you suspicious of a crime, that's if your not a young pretty girl or boy for that matter.

When you're getting a performance review, tickets get thrown into a big pot called "self-initiated activity." The more stuff you have in that, the better your performance review. Not just tickets/warnings, but contacting people who wave you down, investigating suspicious situations, stopping for disabled motorists, stuff like that. It shows that you are active on your job, and not just answering dispatch calls. They also want variety in that activity, so if you have 60 tickets written in two weeks, but nothing else, they're going to be asking what you are doing with your time besides sitting on a roadside (unless you've been assigned to a traffic detail).

Other things that impact your performance reviews are the percentage of your cases that get cleared, how fast they get cleared, number of civilian complaints against you, percentage of cases in which you appeared for court (mostly has to do with tickets, and shows that you are following through on your case load), amount of training you take, shifts/duties you volunteer for, and any statements made for/against you by fellow officers and supervisors.

We are programmed to fear the next Ted Bundy, or lone nut stalking our neighborhood, but we would do better to scrutinize more closely those to whom we pay our taxes and falsely look up to as protectors -- they are stalking the planet ... and they are doing it in packs.

Has anyone reported this behavior to the ethics commision? Double dipping? Violating the lawyers code of ethics? To have civilian police departments now using heavy military equipment, automatic weapons, and the tactics, training, and even uniforms of the military, means but one thing: our governmental establishments are setting themselves against us – the people.

SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) teams were virtually unknown in the ‘50s and early ‘60s; but today, SWAT teams have become so prevalent, they’re even used in routine warrant service in drug cases, and other nonviolent crimes, in spite of the fact, that para-military actions often trigger violence instead of defusing it.

Ignorantia juris non excusat (ignorance of the law is no excuse) is a pillar of the legal community despite the notion that there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of laws at the federal, state and local levels. No one really knows how many laws there are and more are being written everyday. The old laws almost never get revoked simply because they might be useful in imprisoning someone.

Police and firefighters will tell you that any cuts in personnel might affect response time but they fail to tell you that the vast majority of calls are not time sensitive.

For instance, there are only about 60 structure fires per year in Framingham where response time is important for asset protection, even though water damage will be higher than actual fire damage.

There are significantly more car fires where response time is less critical. The fire is a result of an accident but people crawl out of their cars rather than face the flames of Hell. Admittedly, I have actually seen an unoccupied car spontaneously burst into flames as I was walking along a sidewalk on Old Connecticut Path.

If you have nothing to hide, then you have nothing to worry about. This should also apply to the police.

Are there clear guidelines as to how to check in evidence (drugs, child porn, weapons, etc) and are there even any penalties for failing to do so (other than two weeks off)?

How do the Framingham police control evidence (drugs, child porn, weapons, etc) that they confiscate in their duties?

How is something like digital child pornography controlled since it can be copied)? Most evidence cannot be copied.

Who is given full time access to the evidence room?

How are these people audited in their access?

Is there a motion sensitive camera that films people coming in and out of the evidence room.

Is there a clear audit trail of all evidence placed in and removed from the evidence room?

How many times has evidence disappeared?

The time has come for a police brutality register. Once on the list you will be required to notify everyone in your neighborhood that you brutalized an innocent person and abused your power Police officers who are found guilty of misconduct (such as being late to work more than three times in a six month evaluation cycle) are subject to nonjudicial punishment, with penalties such as loss of liberty (denial of permission to wear civilian clothing and leave the duty station), forfeiture of pay, and confinement (incarceration) for up to 30 days without judicial process. The police often attracts the lowest common denominator because of its rules/regulations. This is an abrogation Denial of trust You can usually find cops driving around on a nice day, looking like they might be working, but where do cops hide on a rainy day? Uniforms makes them all the same, facilitates de-individualization,, and enables aggression In warfare, prisons, police departments, far more people are killed in the name of obedience, rather than disobedience. Anonymity Enables Aggression Anonymity Facilitates Aggressive Behavior Evil: The exercise of power to intentionally harm (psychologically), hurt (physically) and or destroy (mortally or spiritually) Evil is knowing better but doing worse. ============================================================================= As in the book, Animal Farm, the pigs have become far more thn equal on salaries. Every police department is a top down hierarchy where all decisions are made at the top because the decision making capability is minimal at the bottom. =========================================================================== Fully-automatic weapons have been prohibited in the U.S. since the National Firearms Act of 1934. Fully-automatic firearms can spray fire with a single pull of the trigger, while semi-automatic guns fire one shot with each pull of the trigger. Definition of Large Capacity Weapon A weapon is large capacity if it is a semi-automatic handgun or rifle that is capable of accepting (or readily modifiable to accept) any detachable large capacity feeding device that holds more than ten rounds, OR if it is a shotgun capable of accepting more than five shotgun shells, OR if it is an assault weapon. http://www.malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleXX/Chapter140/Section121 District of Columbia v. "The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home." ============================================================================= July 13, 2011 Officer Smith talking on his cellphone directing traffic on Concord Street in very heavy traffic July 21, 2011 Three Framingham police officer parked at Dunkin Donuts. I complained about officer Chris Burrell who spent 90 minutes at Dunkin Donuts as his first order of business for the day. I complained about another officer, James Smith, who was talking on his cellphone while directing traffic on Concord Street. They are using the color of law to prosecute/persecute their critics I maintain a web site for my criticism of the Framingham police. http://www.framingham-police.org/ The word about my cases get around within the police department. Every single officer is aware of my name. It would not surprise me if there is a mailing list just for me. The police department already has a 100 page file on me. Officer Peter Galvani asked me when my court case was. How many people come to the court with two citations on consecutive dates. They could easily given me more citations but more than two citations on consecutive days would have raised the suspicion of the courts. How many citizens come to this court with two citations given to them on consecutive days. I am sure that Officer Gregory Reardon heard from Brown about his citation, he wanted in on the action. Reardon has persecuted and prosecuted me for assault and battery of a public employee for having touched him (not assault). =========================================================================== At what time did you arrive at the site where you were when you saw me? How many citations had you issued up to that time? Find out where Brown was (behind or ahead) If he was ahead of me, then he was focusing in on me. Statistical probability of watching me in your vast view of traffic. If he was behind me, he could not see my blinker. Of all the things that was in his field of vision, in heavy hour traffic, he saw my car. Pulled over for failing to signal out of a neighborhood street. Signal was unimportant coming out of neighborhood street How many such citations had Sgt Brown issued in the last 90 days? Did Sgt Brown talk to Reardon Sgt Brown felt it was very important to pull me over for and give me a citation for failing to signal. Sgt Brown did not feel that interfering with traffic on a busy street, Old Connecticut Path was important. He interfered with traffic for eleven minutes. After five minutes, officer Christopher Eliadi does a u-turn on Old Connecticut Path to get behind Sgt Brown's cruiser. Now there are two cruisers behind the ne'er-do-well who allegedly failed to signal. The other drivers passing by must have thought I was an important catch. =========================================================================== July 27, 2011 - on Concord Street ============= Chapter 90 Motor Vehicles and Aircraft Section 13: Safety precautions for proper operation and parking of vehicles and buses No person, when operating a motor vehicle, shall permit to be on or in the vehicle or on or about his person anything which may interfere with or impede the proper operation of the vehicle or any equipment by which the vehicle is operator or controlled, No person shall drive any motor vehicle equipped with any television viewer, screen or other means of visually receiving a television broadcast which is located in the motor vehicle at any point forward of the back of the driver’s seat, or which is visible to the driver while operating such motor vehicle. Officer Reardon knows me well and has previously arrested me trying to silence me in my criticism of the abuse of police powers. Why did you send this citation by mail? Why did you not pull me over? Was officer Reardon in a cruiser? Going at what speed? Going in my direction or away from me? I did not even notice any cruiser. Was he on foot? My rearview mirror is in my view How fast was I going as I passed you? How fast were you moving? How close did you get to my car? Which hand was I holding this alleged camera? If I hold my hand to shield my eyes from the sun, will I get a citation. When I hold a cup of coffee in my hand, am I also violating this law. How long was I allegedly holding the alleged camera in my view? Was rear view mirror in my view? What does the law stipulate about duration? How high above the steering wheel. Describe the alleged camera? Color of camera? How could you tell it was a camera versus a GPS unit? Where was the camera pointed relative to my face? How many citations have you sent by mail in the last 90 days prior to mine? How many citations have you given out for GPS units on windshields? ========================================================================== https://framinghamsource.com/index.php/2019/08/14/city-clerk-swears-in-framinghams-newest-police-officer/ FRAMINGHAM – In a small ceremony at the police station, Framingham City Clerk administered the oath of office to the City’s newest police officer Landny Khampaeng, today, August 14. Khampaeng is a 2013 graduate of Minnechaug Regional High School in Wilbraham. After graduation, he attended Worcester State University and is currently working towards his Bachelor’s Degree at Framingham State University in computer science. Officer Khampaeng is currently a specialist with the Massachusetts Army National Guard as an explosive ordnance disposal technician. He graduated from the police academy this month. Khampaeng, as a member of the Honor Guard Team, has rendering honors for more than 700 funerals. Khampaeng, a Framingham resident, said he wanted to be a police officer “to provide service and give back to the community I am a part of. I want to create strong bonds within the organization much like those found in the military.” His mother and father Tadam and Chan Khampaeng pinned his badge on him during the ceremony. Framingham Police Chief Steven Trask said Khampaeng will now receive 12-weeks of training with a Framingham Police Officer before he is assigned his own cruiser. Trask said his department is still short 19 police officers at the moment. After the 12 week training, Khampaeng will be able to lower that number by one. Trask said he anticipates the new Civil Service list in the next few weeks. The police chief said he plans to hire six new officers off that list and enroll them in the police academy in January 2020,
