Framingham Police Maintain Intelligence Files

It would seem that the police have tremendous amounts of time to maintain intelligence files (rumors, innuendos, etc) on a a substantial number of people including myself, the Rizoli brothers (several inches thick) and Jeff Buck.
This is by a police force with a chief, three deputy chiefs, a chief's aide, an assistant to the chief, 1 captain, 13 lieutenants, 13 sergeants and a total work force of 155 individuals.
This is by a police force that does not lift a finger to enforce illegal immigration into Framingham.
Need any more proof that these are underemployed morons?
