In Framingham's 2011 Annual Report, the police section makes no mention of the stupid accidental death of Eurie Stamps, Sr. . One would think that police chief Steven B. Carl would show some sensitivity by merely metioning it in the annual report, but it seems that he is heartless Jewish monster. He had a full year to think about it but decided that it was not worth mentioning. He is still denying that anything went wrong in the SWAT raid of January 5, 2011. Perhaps he is a racist that is insensitve to the brutal death of an old non-jewish black man. We know that Carl called Sahr Josiah (who wounded officer Phil Hurton) an animal. . Perhaps, he is beginning to show his jewish racial bigotry
