Note in the police log that each officer is assigned to one of four areas in Framingham, to reduce response time in any area.

They just do not consider response time important when they're chowing down on their bagels.

This constitutes a log file of what I usually see at Brooklyn Water Bagels on weekends. It's one of two northside police headquarters . If you visit on Saturday, come early because parking is limited with all those police cruisers getting in the way. It is their first order of business after roll call. Somedays I suppose, the police chief can have roll call at Brooklyn Water Bagels.
